Considering this is the second week of STAT there has not been much to work on yet. However the first task that was given in the classroom was to contribute to a power point and list the technology that the school works with, predict possible malfunctions, and ways in which those malfunctions could be fixed. The most common tech that were listed/ we (the tech team as a whole) work with are Ipads, Iphones, computers (with windows/micrsoft software), printers. Along with our self growth in troubleshooting them, the goal overall is to also teach the teachers and faculty how to fix these problems themselves because there will be certain situations in which the attendence of a STAT member will not be completely necessary.
