Working with Google Drive
Google Drive is being used in many school system and companies alike due to its easy to use software and ability to share and edit easily. Google Drive allows for files to be made and documents to be held and edited there. One can type a term paper and make a slide show presentation within Google's apps. Google Drive allows its users to share documents and all edit them. Students utilize this app in most cases for papers and projects. Able to type and have their works saved instantly and in one common place students, like myself, use this writing application more than any other. This website is actually the worlds most popular storage system because it offers 15 GB of storage for free.
An unknown thing about Google Drives application is its ability to sync with other Google and even outside applications. The most common pair is Google Drive and Classroom. Students are able to type up reports or projects and quickly share them with teachers by submitting them in classroom. Teachers will no longer have to collect actual papers but see and even edit them all online. Not only is this time efficient, but also environmentally friendly- less paper. Another unknown is the fact that google drive saves history and even the document itself automatically. Students can easily exit the doc without the worry of it disappearing or deleting. The history aspect is great for when users want to see when edits were made and by who. For more useful features see:

Google Drive is a new, more efficient way of creating documents that kids and adults are using across businesses, schools, and even for personal use too. Able to connect many google applications, teachers can use these features to easily hand out and collect assignments. Students then can share assignments and edit them together, or simultaneously work on documents or projects together- all in the same place at the same time.
Emma, It's amazing how useful google Drive is. You have highlighted the convenience that Drive offers teachers and students, in addition to being environmentally friendly. Your graphics and link help identify the tools.
