eBeam is an interactive whiteboard tool which could revolutionize the school system.eBeam is very simple to use as there are only three main parts. First the user must mount the receiver(as shown below) to the top corner of the whiteboard.Then the user must mount a device on top of the computer monitor which receives the signals from the receiver. Lastly the user must insert a marker into the pen tool and all pen strokes on the whiteboard will be shown on the computer screen in live time.
eBeam uses ultrasound and infrared receivers to track the location of the marker(inside the special pen) or eraser(inside a special sleeve). As movement is made with the marker the receiver determines the distance and direction of the transmitter pen using differences in the speed of light and the speed of sound.

In the Classroom
eBeam will revolutionize the school system. eBeam will allow the teachers to record exact notes and be able to upload them on to the school site for further reference on the student's part. Also in situations when a student cannot make it to class for health reasons the student can log on to a live stream site and be able to view the class and notes being taught in live time and be able to participate in an emulated classroom environment causing them to not miss any class and have to sacrifice time when he/she can come back to school.
Overall eBeam is a new and innovative tool which can be used to enhance classroom learning in students.

- Works with digital projectors and displays where users can uses and edit all the files in a computer with an interactive stylus.
eBeam Engage
- This product includes 18 W speakers, a built- in microphone, two port USB hubs and an eBeam keyboard and all the hardware found in the eBeam edge.
eBeam Capture
- This also contains all the hardware found in the eBeam Edge and Edge wireless and allows users to capture dry erase notes from any whiteboard and be able to upload them on to the computer and be able to edit and print the notes.
