Troubleshooting Shockwave Player

I encountered a problem the other day while trying to access shockwave player to view an application on Google Chrome. The site would not let me access the information I needed and the error message it provided me with suggested I download Adobe Reader X and provided a link to do so. After downloading the program and accessing the information I required from the website anew, I encountered the same error message.

Adobe Flash STAT call

Problem: Today Akarsh, Mason, and I went to Ms. Bodell's room to fix a reported computer issue regarding an adobe flash player unable to update and run programs. Solution, Kinda: Before going on this call I had a vague idea on how to solve this problem. I had run into this problem before when a website or program could not run because the adobe flash player was not cooperating or was not enabled. I knew that you had to use a icon on next to the url to open a menu that would allow you to explore the adobe flash player option. Here you could update, enable, or tweak anything with the flash player. I got on the computer and did this but I ran into a error message as a result of trying to update the flash player. The error message basically said that the computer was out of date and could not update the flash driver. I put this error message of at the moment and tried to update a few other times, tweaking with the setting each time...

Google Sites What is Google Sites? Google sites is a a tool from Google where you can easily make a website. It can be used to create a website for a business, a student's project, or for a teacher. Google Sites is part of Google's Workspace (formerly called G Suite), and comes with a free package or paid packages that come with a free 14 day trial. If you have the free workspace package, your site will says "sites.google.com/(Your site name)/(Site page)" while if you have a paid package, it would be "sites.(Your email).com/(site page)". The paid package is enticing to over two billion people, as Google hit a record number of active monthly G Suite users as of early March, 2020. What can you do with it? The Internet Archive and the National Emergency Library

What is the Internet Archive? It's a collection of all types of media: books, movies, music, images, audio, web pages, software, etc. A while ago, they came to my attention because of their announcement of the National Emergency Library, which is, in their words, "a temporary collection of books that supports emergency remote teaching, research activities, independent scholarship, and intellectual stimulation while universities, schools, training centers, and libraries are closed." They operate the same way as a normal library, just online, lending out digital copies of books for two-week periods. However, the National Emergency Library has temporarily suspended all wait-lists for checking out books, allowing any number of people to check out a book at a given time in light of the pandemic, at least until June 30, 2020.
