Ever since the beginning of the school year, Mrs. Twomey had been having trouble playing CD's on her computer for her history classes. This problem started when the school's Windows computers were updated during the summer. It turns out that when some of the computers were updated, for some reason, the Windows Media Player was skipped and some of the drivers' newest versions were not downloaded. To fix this problem, STAT simply updated the drivers from the control panel and downloaded the latest update for the Windows Media Player. This solution was successful and completely fixed the problem.
